This thought?

When you finally realise yourself?

I mean that it´s you

who perceives

This body

This head

These eyes

This brain

When you go to sleep

All the world dies

and is reborn the next morning

Has it ever occurred to you that

When you die

Then there´s nothing at all?

No thoughts

No world

It´s like a telly being switched off

Or a book closed

Why me?

In this head?

I´m not scared of death

It´s just that this existence is really strange
