Most productive years

I´m 48

It´s happened to many before

It´ll happen to many after

I´m sitting here

Getting older every second

Over the zenith already

But this morning I realised

 These years are probably my most productive years

I can spare some time to create

And that´s a lot

Considering most people only breathe

Go to work

Sleep

I am fortunate

Self-sufficient

Self-indulgent

Constantly gravid

filling the cup to the top

I do it the way it should be done, I guess

Can´t ask for more
