A walk

I went out

I was feeling the cold

I was feeling the sun

I was hearing the birds

I saw dirty sidewalk after the winter

I saw the half-rotten leaves and grit

I walked in the shade while wanting to be in the sun

I came into a building

Grabbed hold of a basket

Put bananas there

Bread, yogurt, cheese, eggs and coffee

I paid

I walked out

I crossed the road to walk in the sun

Hoping some clever ideas would occur

But they didn´t occur

 didn´t try to force it

Maybe they´ll arrive tomorrow

Or the day after tomorrow

I came back

Took a lift

I put the groceries in the fridge

Made a cup of fresh coffee

It was a good walk though
